1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the daka 7 platform, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and daka 7, so it is your responsibility to read all terms carefully before use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. daka 7 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If a minor accesses this service, full responsibility lies with their parent or guardian. By using this platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to access this type of entertainment service in Bangladesh and that you are complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
When registering with daka 7, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination. Each individual may hold only one account; if multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are fully accountable for all activity — authorized or otherwise — carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately and change your password. daka 7 will never ask for your password via email or phone, so treat any such request as a scam.
- Your real name, date of birth, and contact details are required at the time of registration.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is completed.
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
- Operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using daka 7, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Exploiting any platform errors or technical glitches for unfair advantage, as well as using automated software or bots, is strictly prohibited. daka 7 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of involvement in cheating, fraud, or money laundering.
Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or intimidation toward other users is strictly prohibited on this platform. Any content or information you share must be accurate and must not infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. If evidence of prohibited activity is found, daka 7 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems is prohibited.
- Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and collusion are not permitted.
- Sharing personal information with others is strictly prohibited.
- The platform name or logo may not be used without prior authorization.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on daka 7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum and maximum limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals, with full details available on the Payments page. We support all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and transactions are typically processed promptly.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Funds will be returned only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, though exceptions may be made in special circumstances. For suspicious or unusual transactions, daka 7 may request additional verification, which could result in processing delays. We are required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, so additional documentation may be requested for large transactions.
- Deposit limit: minimum ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawal limit: daily maximum determined by account tier.
- Processing time: typically within 1–24 business hours.
- Failed transactions are fully refunded.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
The daka 7 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. daka 7 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service failures. Any disruptions to a betting or gaming session caused by internet connectivity issues will be resolved in accordance with the relevant policy.
Daka 7 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, fraudulent activity, or legal obligation. Any valid balance in a suspended account will be returned once the investigation is complete; however, balances in accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited. Users may also request voluntary account closure, in which case any verified balance will be refunded.

- Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 7 business days.
- A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (over 12 months).
6. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Applicable Law
All content on the daka 7 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under our intellectual property rights. No user may copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or brand identity may result in legal action. The daka 7 platform may contain links to third-party games or services; however, we are not responsible for their content or security. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of any third-party site before visiting.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. daka 7 reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time — changes take effect upon publication on the platform.
